Our standard shipping policy provides a clear guide on how we manage international deliveries for your premium orders. We are pleased to provide free international shipping on all orders. Our studio dispatches each handcrafted ceramic piece directly from Jingdezhen, China, the world-renowned porcelain capital. Therefore, to guarantee a seamless delivery experience, all shipments operate under standard [DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)](https://www.trade.gov/know-incoterms) terms. This means our product prices already include all international freight, customs duties, and relevant taxes. Consequently, you will never face additional clearance fees or import charges upon receipt.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Once we confirm your payment, our studio will process and ship your order within 1 to 3 working days. However, please kindly note that custom handcrafted items naturally require extended processing time due to the intricate kiln firing schedules. Additionally, our processing timeline does not include weekends or official legal holidays.
After your parcel leaves our studio, we will immediately send the tracking information to your registered email address. Generally, standard shipping takes 8–18 working days worldwide. Nevertheless, please understand that actual delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific destination, customs inspections, and local logistics schedules.
Shipping Address Notice
To avoid any unexpected delivery issues, please submit accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Please note that the buyer must undertake any losses, package disposals, or return fees arising from incorrect addresses, customs rejection, or recipient refusal.

Because handcrafted ceramics are fragile, we fully guarantee their safe arrival according to our shipping policy. Thus, we will gladly offer a full refund or a free replacement if your items arrive visibly damaged.
